Seldin Company is seeking a Roving Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician in Cheyenne, WY. This position will assist at many of our apartment communities and will require travel up to 100% of the time. The pay for this position will pay start at $28.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. *This position does require an EPA or HVAC certification.

What You Will Do
The Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
Skills and Requirements
- Three to four years of related experience or training
- Ability to work independently
- EPA or HVAC certification is required
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule as needed
- Be available to travel up to 100% of the time
