Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for prospecting and managing enterprise business accounts, conducting daily visits to meet with Tier 1 clients, and driving growth in our enterprise division. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to understand and address the complex needs of large-scale business clients. Pest control experience is highly favorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Tier 1 enterprise clients to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
  • Conduct daily in-person visits with enterprise accounts to strengthen relationships, address concerns, and explore growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client service

Prospecting and Business Development:

  • Identify and target new enterprise business opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Present tailored pest control solutions that meet the specific needs of enterprise clients.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop strategies that achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Create customized proposals and presentations for enterprise clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.

Industry Expertise:

  • Stay informed on pest control industry trends, regulations, and competitive activity.
  • Leverage expertise to position Select Exterminating as the preferred provider for enterprise accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise account management or a similar role.
  • Pest control experience is highly favorable but not required.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow Tier 1 accounts while achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for account tracking and pipeline management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Must reside in New York (5 boroughs, Nassau, or Suffolk County).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for daily client visits.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $70,000
  • Commission: 5% on all new business generated

Additional Information:

  • This is not a remote position; daily travel within the assigned territory is required.
  • You will report to the Sales Director and collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure client success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
