Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at Select Homes LLC in Kentucky, United States. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting projects, managing inspections, overseeing logistics, and ensuring efficient project management on-site.
Job Description:
- Project Planning: Develop and oversee project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, manage cost overruns, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project.
- Quality Control: Supervise construction activities to maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
