We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Typist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately transcribing and typing various documents, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining organized records. This role requires excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Key Responsibilities :
- Transcribe and type documents from handwritten notes, audio recordings, and other sources
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and responding to correspondence as needed.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents such as reports, memos, and letters.
- Operate and maintain office equipment like printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents and information.
Hours : 8 am - 5 pm
