We are hiring Civil Project Managers in the Council Bluffs, IA and Omaha, NE area.
Base salary is estimated at $90,000- $125,000/YR , with a generous bonus program.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (NE or IA preferred)
- Civil or Municipal Design – 4 years minimum
- Industrial and Infrastructure project experience
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management preferred
- 7- 8 Years design/PM experience with one or more of the following: Highways, municipal streets, utilities, grading, drainage, water mains, storm sewer, sanitary sewer.
- Work with key Clients to define project requirements, develop design criteria, and communicate priorities to the Project Team.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and estimates.
- Produce construction documents with an established team of experienced and skilled technical professionals.
- Provide detailed reviews on multiple projects at varying stages of design.
- Coordinate design efforts with public and private stakeholders.
- Provide Construction Administration services such as reviewing submittals/shop drawings, reviewing change order requests, and answering questions from the field.
