We are seeking a Trainer / Facilitator to join our Oak Park, Franklin, or Little Village, IL branch team!
Position Summary :
Assist in the development and execution of training initiatives for all credit union operations and branch staff, conduct training in the areas of member service, products and services, compliance, new hire branch operations, new account opening, advanced account opening, and procedures. Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, communicating, monitoring, and handling of logistics for training.
WHAT You’ll Do : Training :
- Plan, organize and facilitate training activities in person and remotely via online platforms.
- Serve as a primary training instructor for credit union training initiatives including new hire branch operations, new account opening and other training classes
