Sellen's Graphic Designer will design / edit digital and print graphic projects while supporting company initiatives, proposals, and project delivery. This role also includes photography and videography responsibilities, as it is heavily focused on design and multimedia storytelling. The Graphic Designer will work in a collaborative environment in the marketing team while also working as an individual contributor. You will partner with the Marketing Director to support brand aesthetics, ensuring high-quality deliverables. 
 
This position is located in our South Lake Union Office. You must be located in the Seattle area and able to work onsite full-time. 
 
Your Qualifications 
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional service field. 
  • Demonstrated graphic design, photography, and video skills with a strong portfolio. 
KNOWLEDGE
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

SKILLS

  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and adaptability skills. 
  • Extremely detail oriented. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
  • Self-motivated to initiate activities and communication. 
  • Communication skills: 
    • Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills. 
    • Expert written communication.

The full salary range for this position is $82,000 to $110,500. New hires typically start between $82,000 and $96,000, depending on direct professional experience and qualifications.
