- Responsibilities:
- Recruits for multiple locations including Baltimore and Hagerstown, Maryland and Vienna, Virginia.
- Supervises staff throughout the firm to ensure that the daily operational needs are met. Completes annual evaluations of staff.
- Addresses personnel issues in compliance with federal and state legislation.
- Oversees Summer Associate and Law Links programs.
- Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration; SPHR or SHRM-SPC certification; and law firm experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
