Essential Qualifications Needed for this Position:

• OASIS IS A MUST!
• Knowledge of assessments, prefer Kinnser/Wellsky EMR Experience
• IV Administration in the home via central line
• Wound Care
• Ostomy Care
• Disease/medication management
• Willing to assist during the week and need to be available 2-3 days per week and 1 weekend per month for on call

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
