We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a technical/engineering background who desires experience working with Unmanned Experimental Systems (UXV) to join our Maritime Engineering, Technology and Sustainment (METS) team supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). This position supports a broad portfolio of Autonomous Maritime System (AMS) programs in the San Diego, CA/NIWC PAC geographic region onboard a fast-growing local team.
This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain your active Secret level DoD clearance.
The ideal candidate will assist in the development of the Autonomous Maritime System (AMS) program budgets, schedules, and work priorities. Plans, implements, and tracks the progress of unmanned air, surface, and undersea vehicle (UxV) projects. Perform with limited supervision/direction and regularly exercise discretionary and decision-making authority.
