What You'll Do :
The Field Sales Representative plays a critical role in overall field execution strategy and leads Serta Simmons Beddings’ efforts to protect and grow market share, improve profitability, and expand retailer relationships.
The Field Sales Representative will drive sales activities for an assigned territory through the implementation of company strategy and ensures strategic and tactical alignment with key stakeholders and business partners to grow business profitability.
Responsible for coordinating and leading training events and retail partner collaboration to drive initiatives for increased sales and market share of Serta Simmons Bedding product portfolio.

- Ability to coordinate and lead formal and informal training events in a variety of communication settings : one-on-one, small, and large groups or different position levels
- Effectively communicate product promotions, upcoming events, and new product launches
- Proactively share best practices and actionable strategies to maximize brand performance
- Facilitate and lead ongoing retailer Top Management partnership meetings, demonstrating strong commitment to joint business objectives
