Program Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager (PM) to oversee and manage a critical security contract. The PM will ensure the proper execution of the contract and lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality security services. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in armed specialized security and contract management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the contract, including staffing, scheduling, and operational oversight.
• Provide contract administrative support, including typing, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks necessary for effective contract management.
• Oversee personnel file maintenance and ensure all required documentation is up to date.
• Prepare and maintain reports, records, and government property records.
• Track and manage inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Obtain and maintain all necessary permits and licenses to comply with Federal, state, and local laws.
• Ensure compliance with all contract requirements and timely communication with stakeholders.
• Support the team in tracking contract deliverables and managing budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
• 7 years of armed specialized security experience.
• 5 years of contract management experience within the last 7 years.
• 3 years of contract administrative support experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $101,939.00 per year
