What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vendor Contract Manager position at Servexo USA?
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Vendor Contract Manager (VCM) to manage security operations at the Galveston Ferry Office. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and serve as the primary liaison.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years within the past 5 years in security services or related fields.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Licensing: Must be a licensed commissioned officer.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Understanding of law enforcement and security service procedures.
- Training in laws and liabilities, security awareness, mediation, conflict resolution, disaster response, and emergency management.
- Proven experience managing personnel across various facility types.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a permanent staff employee and the main point of contact for TxDOT.
- Conduct monthly or as-needed joint inspections of security guards with the TxDOT Contract Manager (TCM) or their designated representative.
- Address and resolve issues promptly:
- Contact the TCM or TxDOT representative immediately for problems requiring urgent attention.
- Provide written follow-ups within 24 hours for unresolved issues, detailing the nature and reasons for delays.

Pay: $47.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
