Busy Wilkes-Barre office seeking CSR's to work in a fast paced environment.
Provide product/services information. Identify & resolve customer's issues with efficiency & accuracy. Able to multi-task & maintain stable performance under pressure.
Troubleshoot customer issues in regard to equipment & services.
Accurate communication of issue(s) to field technicians for resolution of the problem.
Ability to speak & write clearly & accurately. Effective listening skills.
Exemplary attendance & punctuality
Able to work Saturdays
