We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic High-Level Department Head to lead and manage our overnight accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building operations, particularly in maintenance and operations, before transitioning to a leadership role in large-scale facilities. Local candidates from the Orlando area are essential to ensure familiarity with the market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
-Expert Interactor:** Effectively communicate and collaborate with property executives to align departmental goals with overall business objectives.
-People Person:** Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with building management and other key personnel.
-Industry Knowledge:** Apply a deep understanding of building management operations to drive operational excellence, with a strong preference for experience in maintenance and operations.
