Vice President and General Manager

Compensation: c$250,000 base, plus benefits and up to a 50% bonus

Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the VP & GM will lead all sales activities, develop distribution and channel strategies, analyze product portfolio performance, and craft long-term growth plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales team direction and strategy.
- Drive customer base expansion through strategic initiatives.
- Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts, terms, and programs for key partners.
- Implement a Key Account Management (KAM) strategy with distributors and reps, including quotas and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Build and maintain an effective sales organization with training, motivation, and clear objectives.
- Create and execute distributor sales programs aligned with marketing plans.
Required Experience
- 10 years in the Residential HVAC industry.
- Proven success as a General Manager and Sales Leader.
- Strong strategic mindset and relationship-building skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of distribution sales; residential unitary knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
- High financial acumen, market intelligence application, and results-oriented leadership.
