Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in Informatica Powercenter, Power Exchange, Data Quality, Snowflake, Unix, Hadoop, AWS, Scheduling tools
- Strong understanding of ETL tools (5 years ETL required), including Informatica
- Well versed in SQL, DB2 and deep understanding of data warehouse architecture concepts
- Deep understanding to Hadoop and Cloud based data platforms
- Working experience with AWS services such as CloudFormation, S3, Glue, EMR / Spark, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, etc
- Proven experience as a lead developer or architect in data integration projects using Informatica, DB2 and Snowflake
- Programming in a Linux / Unix environment, including shell scripting
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work with business users to gather requirements and manage scope
- Demonstrated experience and ability to deliver results quickly in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects
- Proven ability to effectively manage their time and a desire to deliver results quickly and correctly
- Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills with a Logical and pragmatic attitude
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore team for ongoing project delivery challenges
- Responsible for End-to-End Service Delivery of business application
- Team player with strong oral and interpersonal skills and able to lead a team of 8-12
- Strong background of Workforce data
