Role : Travel RN/Travel LPN
Location : 185 Sherman Drive, St. Johnsbury, VT 05819
Shift : 7:00am to 3:30pm
8 Weeks Contract & 30 Hours Guarnateed
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Travel LPNs and RNs for Long-Term Care (LTC) & Rehab Centers. Candidates must be adaptable, reliable, and passionate about patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in compliance with facility protocols.
- Administer medications, treatments, and document patient progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
- Assist with ADLs and support residents' overall well-being.
Requirements:
- LPN or RN License VT/Compact
- Minimum 1 year of LTC/Rehab experience
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
