Overview
The Business Intelligence Manager (BI Manager) is responsible for driving business intelligence that will help individual business units within the organization to evaluate complex issues and make informed decisions. This role will be responsible for leading developers in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual must have strong business and technical acumen. The BI Manager must be willing to do individual contributor work, be in the mix technically, and provide leadership to the BI team. This role will work closely with business units to develop and maintain reporting needs and the overall reporting roadmap.

Work Environment
The primary environment for this role is a remote work space provided by the employee. Considerable business is conducted using the telephone and computer technology. Note that all hybrid and remote work conditions are covered in the Company’s current Remote Work Policy and Remote Work Agreement, incorporated here by reference. Travel may be required to stores, Home Office, conferences or events up to 5% of the time

The salary range for this role is $124,500 - $160,000 annually. The range describes the minimum to maximum likely rate for this job description in the state of Colorado. Individual pay will be determined based on skills and qualifications for the role.
