Sharon Towers is Hiring a RN Supervisor Second Shift Near Charlotte, NC

Sharon Towers is a continuing care retirement community located near the heart of SouthPark. We are a non-profit long term care facility that offers independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care. At Sharon Towers our team member's number one responsibility is to deliver compassionate resident care every time!

The registered nurse/licensed practical nurse will be working within our memory care-assisted living unit.

The position of the 3-11 Nursing Supervisor monitors and provides leadership to the nursing staff and personal nursing care to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided for at all times. The position must function as both a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes. While assisting the DON with the planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Nursing Department, the position must also manage the resources within their control and assist others in managing resources.

In compliance with new federal requirements for Long Term Care, Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for all employees.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
  • This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
