What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse/Delivery Technician position at Sheldon Medical Supply?
Sheldon Medical Supply is a regional DME company supplying the managed care organization, retail, and home health care industries for over 25 years with multiple locations. We are a growing business looking for enthusiastic, self-directed individuals to join our Delivery Technician Team in our Sterling Heights location.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivery and pick up of equipment
- Setup and instructing patients on durable medical equipment (Beds, Wheelchairs, and Respiratory Equipment, etc…)
On-call rotation evenings and weekends (Once trained)
The best candidates will have prior DME experience and an understanding of customer service and relationships.
Candidates must have:
- clean driving record
- Excellent work attendance
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong communication skills
- passion to provide care and service
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
- able to walk, bend and work in all kinds of weather conditions
