What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Glass Technician position at Sheppard's Glass?
Experience preferred! Urgently hiring! Family owned company in business for over 55 years. Hiring automotive glass glazer. Will be responsible for cutting, installing, and removing glass. May be required to work in surrounding cities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install and Replace Auto Glass including repairs and recalibration: Safely remove, replace, and install auto glass for various vehicle makes and models, including windshields, door glasses and back glasses. Recalibrate vehicles that require ADAS recalibration.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining the repair or replacement process, answering customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work Documentation: Accurately complete pre-inspection sheets while interacting with front desk receptionists to inform job details.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve issues with auto glass installation and repair, ensuring high-quality workmanship while working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
