What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor/Overnight Associate position at Sheraton Louisville Riverside Hotel?
The Night Auditor is responsible for auditing, posting and balancing the daily financial transactions, and providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in and checkout and throughout their stay to support the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This opportunity will be a flex position between Night Audit and property supervisor.
General Requirements Must be able to understand and apply complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives. Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary. Ability to attend to guests, associates and management in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner which requires strong customer service as well as written and oral communication skills. Must be able to speak, read, write and communicate in English to adequately perform the duties of the job. Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests. Must be able to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines. Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company and hotel standards and needs. t the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
