Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct territory sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
- Engage in B2B sales efforts, focusing on direct sales strategies to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and share best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in outside sales activities, including attending trade shows and networking events.
- Manage existing accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside or outside sales, preferably in a Business to consumer environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong background in territory sales, account management, or retail sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
