Bartender (Part-time)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in nightclubs or banquet settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages while providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Promote special drinks or events to enhance sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining restaurant is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and various drink recipes is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Understanding of food safety practices in a food service environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the venue's schedule.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
