Job Overview (Server)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring they receive top-notch service from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Responsibilities (Server)
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and culinary offerings.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Promote menu items and upsell additional products to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a server or guest services role is preferred, especially in a fine dining environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and food handling procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for culinary arts and knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as well as guests are essential for success in this role.
Schedule (Server)
- 2 doubles during the week.
- Friday & Saturday night including a double on one of the days
- Rotating Sundays.
- All holidays (closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day)
