What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardware Technical Sourcer, Temp to hire (6 months) position at Shield AI?
We're looking for a Hardware Technical Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in a temp to hire capacity. We are seeking someone who has several years' experience and can hop in to make an immediate impact. We are estimating a minimum of 6 months focus with the intention of hopefully converting you to a full-time hire.

\n- Partner specifically to support our Hardware Engineering leadership in order to understand their teams and hiring needs
- Ensure a phenomenal experience for everyone involved in recruiting, especially candidates.
- Ensuring highly inclusive recruiting practices that meet diversity goals.
- Tracking pipeline data and providing relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
- Other duties as assigned.
- You an excellent communicator and evangelizer, able to confidently represent the company with professionalism and courtesy both internally and externally.
- You have demonstrated success in disciplined execution; being detail oriented, open, patient, and able to bring up others around you.
- You are passionate about Shield AI’s mission and values; able to confidently and fluidly discuss our product.
- You have a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- You have proven experience sourcing or recruiting within and building a network within high growth and innovative companies for roles including; Electrical, mechanical, aerospace, avionics and RF engineering
- You know your way around an applicant tracking system (ATS) and even better if you've worked with Lever ATS.
- You know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter and other AI sourcing tools.
- You have been in a startup environment with proven capabilities to adapt, as needed.
- You have proven sourcing experience for software and hardware roles.
Salary : $53 - $81
