What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Keyholder position at Shield Arms?
Why Work for Us?
Shield Arms is a fast paced, innovative, and exciting place to work! We aren’t like every other firearms company, and we don’t try to be.
We believe in freedom, the importance of family, having work/life balance and creating an environment where every employee is part of reaching the same goal, excited to come to work.
Now, I'm not new to the recruiting field - I know that’s pretty much what most companies say, but many don't live up to. The difference with Shield Arms is that we are living out our ideals.
Here are a few examples of what makes us different:
- Work/Life balance – We are closed on Sundays as we value providing employee's with time to spend on life outside of work.
- Importance of Family – We hold regular BBQ's and events where families are welcome and encouraged to come.
- Community – We are involved in our local community, things like having a float in the Bigfork parade, doing a Thanksgiving Give Back, and more.
- Value of Culture – We are selective in who we hire, not only do they need to be able to do the job and work as a part of our team, but they must also align with our values.
