">As a Pharmacy Liaison - Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through their journey with specialty pharmacy. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a single point of contact, providing assistance with refills, coordinating drug delivery, addressing new insurance and/or copay challenges, and monitoring adherence.

">What You'll Do
">You will work closely with the care team to resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Additionally, you will assist with assessing patient needs and providing support with every refill, coordinate drug delivery, address new insurance and/or copay challenges, and monitor adherence.
">Key Requirements
">- 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
- State pharmacy technician license or registration
- Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent (preferred)
