DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES::
-Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
-Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence and contracts, directing incoming calls and emails, and managing mail distribution.
-Manage the electronic database system and customer database, ensuring documents are organised effectively.
-Assist in payroll preparation and processing.
-Prepare, process, and reconcile all purchase requisitions.
-Conduct accounts receivable collections as needed.
-Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.
-Collaborate with suppliers to establish pricing, payment terms, and other relevant details.
-Assist in the preparation of policies and procedures as required.
-Coordinate repairs to office equipment and run errands as needed.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas.
