As an intern, you will be paired with a mid-to-senior level employee who will serve as your mentor. This mentor/mentee relationship is designed to foster a supportive environment where you can candidly discuss your career goals and aspirations. Our one-on-one informal mentoring approach fosters the development of professional relationships that complement your academic learning, enriching your overall internship experience.
As a Civil / Environmental Engineering intern you will work on a variety of project types including Water, Wastewater, and Storm Water. These experiences will provide insights into the profession, collaborative teamwork, and serving the needs of our clients.
Requirements- Student in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited engineering school
- Able to collaborate with other team members and have good interpersonal skills
- Effective oral and written communication
- Curiosity and motivation to learn through both mentorship and self-study
