Operation Supervisor / RVT

ShotVet is a mobile veterinary service providing affordable vaccines and preventative care to dogs and cats. We are seeking a fun and passionate Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to provide excellent mobile low cost veterinary service to our pets and pet parents. You will be giving vaccines to pets on weekends, every Saturday and Sunday, per new California Vet Board law SB669. You will have a team with you to handle Admin, pet parent education, restraint, etc. Weekend work REQUIRED. You will be able to combine your RVT talents with your business knowledge. We are looking to train and develop the right person!

The right person will also be our OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR. This is a full time, salaried position, including both weekend days, and 3 days during the week. We are flexible with during the week time, however weekends are vital as that is when we take care of the pets. You will oversee the teams, schedules, train, etc. A few things of what we are looking for:

• Must be licensed RVT in California.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Compensation will be paid per day.
• WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED.
• Demonstrated excellent sales skills.
• Comfortable driving for an extended period of time in a company vehicle.
• Demonstrated ability to train and motivate a team.
• Increasing average transactions.
• Working in the field on weekends and as needed.
• Completing accurate weekly inventory counts.
• Training and coaching new and existing team members.
• Working with store managers to develop relationships.
• Enhances the guest experience by driving and delivering excellent customer service.
• Responsible for maintaining the dress code and appearance guidelines of all team members.
• Responsible for ensuring equipment safety and site cleanliness.
• Responsible for site preparedness, stocking, cleaning and organization.
• Ability to troubleshoot, communicate and solve problems.
