JOB DESCRIPTION
Classification : Full-Time Exempt or Part-Time Non-Exempt
Reports to : Partner in Charge of Office
The Supervisor is responsible for organizing and managing client assignments and projects, including the completion of assignments and tasks and project components as well as coaching, advising and directing team members in meeting client and self-development expectations. This position receives work from Managers, Principals, and Partners. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, scanners and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
