Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting tasks such as journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Process accounts payable and prepare financial statements
- Utilize QuickBooks financial software to track transactions and generate reports
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist in month-end closing activities
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions for audit purposes
- Assist with projects
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business or Accounting required
- Strong proficiency of Excel required
- Experience with account receivable and account payable is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively
- Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not required
