Description
We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful execution of marketing design and development projects for our agents and business unit leaders. This role involves leading the design team and collaborating with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to brand standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and agents, providing regular updates on project progress, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, escalating issues when necessary, and addressing feedback.
- Use project/task management software to manage design team workload, project assignments, timeline progress and deadlines.
- Continuously evaluate and refine internal processes to optimize efficiency and drive excellence in project delivery.
- Manage design projects with high attention to brand aesthetics, detail and accuracy.
- Lead, mentor and support a team of designers to produce high-quality creative assets for agent initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers to implement technology solutions that support agent marketing initiatives, such as CRM systems and automation tools.
- Support leadership to implement strategic initiatives, plan and execute company events, and train agents and employees on new and existing products and workflows.
- Be a process driver to ensure company operations and processes are followed, encouraging consistency and efficiency in our work
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, ideally within advertising, marketing, or design agencies
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and technology solutions and the ability to explain to others to support training and adoption initiatives.
- Excellent time management skills are essential – both in the moment and when looking ahead, to spot bottlenecks before they turn into real issues
- Excellent communicator who is an enthusiastic and proactive problem solver that works well in a team environment and can embrace a customer service mindset to help others achieve their goals.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability to see a project through from start to finish.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Planner) or workflow creation
- Experience working with Adobe software and social media for business
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
Work Context
This position requires daily interaction, communication and collaboration with people from various departments, and agents. Employees in this role must know how to work as part of a team and be able to manage projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, employees in this role spend a significant amount of time using technology and looking at screens.
