Overview
Sidney Enterprises is a design and build company with a retail division for quality cabinet lines as well as curated tile and flooring collections. Our building division has Class A qualifications and has the capacity for remodels, renovations, and new builds.
We are seeking a skilled Lead Installer to join our team at Sidney Enterprises.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality installations. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards while maintaining safety protocols. This role requires a hands-on approach and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality standards and timely completion.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently during installations.
- Read and interpret plans to ensure accurate installation of cabinetry, flooring, and trim.
- Perform trim carpentry, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, painting, and punch-out tasks as needed.
- Be willing and able to utilize construction management software
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and clients, providing exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in finish carpentry
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment relevant to the trade.
- Familiarity with software such as Coconstruct (Builder Trend) for project planning and documentation is preferred.
- Strong skills in drywall work, painting, minor plumbing and electrical trim-out, as well as hardware installation
- Ability to read plans accurately is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
