Product Manager - Power Distribution Software (remote)

It's your role, here's the part you can play:

• Lead the entire lifecycle of NextGen Grid Management software products, with a focus on developing and launching new innovative cloud-based products to enable the energy transition for distribution utilities in North America.
• Work with external and internal partners to identify customer needs and ensure product-market fit.
• Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives—and lead cross-functional teams of R&D, marketing, sales, to turn that vision into reality.
• Work collaboratively with other Grid Software product managers to define the value proposition of the collective portfolio and integrate with other Siemens offerings.
• Identify external partnerships to accelerate growth and product positioning.
• Be the vital link between technological innovations and commercial success with clear focus on customer centricity and UX.

Be part of our team! Here's what's needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or studies relevant to Power Distribution
• Five years of relevant professional experience, with at least three of those years focused on bringing to market and managing new B2B SaaS products
• Knowledge of SAFe methodology, and experience working with Agile software development practices
• Experience in grid operations and planning, and current trends in the energy transition including DER (Distributed Energy Resource) management, for distribution utilities in North America
• Self-starter / entrepreneur mentality
• Experience working internationally for global markets and with global teams preferred
• Ability to influence customers and management with strong C-level communication skills in English
• Flexibility to execute well in a fast-paced, constantly evolving organization.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of the time, primarily across North America
