Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Supervisor to oversee the clinical services team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. The successful candidate will have experience in drug and alcohol counseling and be familiar with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and direction to the clinical services team
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a related field, have two to five years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling, and be licensed as a mental health professional regulated by a state board (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).

What We Offer
