Sierra ITS has been engaged by a small/mid-market manufacturing company headquartered in the northwest suburbs of Illinois. They have ~500 employees, an IT team of 6, and an executive team looking for an IT leader to join them at the big table. This individual will report to the President and contribute at strategic levels while mentoring, managing, and growing your IT team consisting of technicians, architects, and business analysts. You'll oversee both infrastructure and ERP - ensuring that all aspects of the technical environment evolve ahead of schedule. The work can be done mostly remote, but visits to the HQ in St Charles, IL will be important, so local candidates are preferred.
$$ - Compensation consists of a salary (up top $200k) plus profit sharing bonus, car allowance, excellent benefits, and other perks. The ideal candidate will come from a small to mid-sized manufacturing company as a Director...ready to take the next step a VP role. BS Degree required, MBA preferred, great balance of IQ and EQ are a must. IT Infrastructure, ERP, and refined leadership skills
