Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of all flooring types.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning and maintenance tasks.
