About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic professional who bridges the gap between sales expertise and AI technology. As a Customer-Facing AI Prompt Engineer, you will work directly with clients to understand their sales processes and develop tailored AI cloud agents using prompt engineering. Your role is crucial in ensuring that each cloud agent is optimized to extract the right datasets and deliver actionable insights, ultimately enhancing our clients’ sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Collaboration & Sales Process Analysis
    • Engage with customers to thoroughly understand their sales funnels and operational workflows.
    • Translate client needs into effective AI prompt strategies that drive high-quality data capture.
  • AI Prompt Engineering & Cloud Agent Development
    • Design, build, and refine AI prompts that enable our Cloud Agents to perform optimally in diverse sales environments.
    • Optimize prompt configurations to ensure agents accurately capture and analyze buyer signals.
  • Cross-Functional Integration
    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align AI solutions with broader business objectives.
    • Provide technical insights and recommendations to enhance the overall performance of our AI-powered platform.
  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement
    • Document best practices, workflows, and process improvements for prompt engineering and cloud agent management.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to drive innovation in our prompt engineering approach.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Sales Acumen: Proven understanding of sales processes, funnels, and operations.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience or strong interest in AI and prompt engineering; ability to learn and apply new AI technologies quickly.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to translate complex sales processes into effective AI solutions.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze performance metrics and iterate on prompt strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
