Job Overview:

As a Full-Time Teamwear Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the teamwear store by managing inventory, facilitating order pickups, and providing exceptional customer service to HMG Metapros. Your responsibilities will include reconciling shipments, maintaining organization within the store, and supporting Metapros with their inquiries and registration needs. Additionally, you will liaise with the Signatures' support team and Account Manager to ensure quality control and provide timely updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management & Order Processing

•Reconciling Incoming Shipments: Accurately verify and process incoming teamwear shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition.

•Order Processing: Assist with processing and fulfilling teamwear orders, including preparing items for pickup and ensuring accurate order contents.

•Order Distribution: Distribute teamwear orders to HMG Metapros as they arrive for pickup, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Customer Service & Support

•Order Pickup Notifications: Notify HMG Metapros when their orders are ready for pickup through established communication channels.

•General Inquiries: Field and resolve general inquiries from Metapros, providing knowledgeable and friendly support.

•Store Registration Assistance: Assist Metapros with store registration, including username and password resets as needed.

Store Organization & Maintenance

•Pickup Shelf Organization: Maintain the organization of the pickup shelf, ensuring that orders are clearly labeled and easily accessible.

•Pickup List Management: Regularly update and manage the pickup list to track pending and completed pickups.

•Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the teamwear center, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

Liaison & Reporting

Support Team Liaison: Collaborate with the Signatures' support team to check order status, address quality issues, and ensure timely resolutions.

•Reporting & Updates: Provide regular updates and reports to the Signatures' Account Manager as requested, ensuring clear communication on order status and any potential issues.

Store Operations

•Opening & Closing Procedures: Follow established store opening and closing procedures to ensure the teamwear store operates smoothly each day.

•Sample Try-On Assistance: Assist customers with sample try-ons, ensuring they have a positive experience, and the correct sizes are selected.

Qualifications:

•Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Proficient in basic computer skills, including email and order management systems.

•Ability to lift and move inventory as needed.

Working Conditions:

•Full-time position requiring availability from 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm.

•Primarily stationed in the teamwear store, with some physical activity required for inventory management and store maintenance.

•Required to wear a uniform.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
