Significance is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team, supporting financial operations for the United States Marine Corps (USMC). This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate distribution, tracking, and execution of funds while collaborating with L2 commands and leadership to meet critical financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Distribute funds to L2 commands using DAI and MCFAD systems.
Generate and analyze reports in OBIEE, reconciling errors at the General/Sub-General Ledger level.
Track overall execution and provide financial insights to leadership.
Field questions from L2 commands, compile data calls, and present findings effectively.
Support various procurement methods, including GCPC, contracts, MIPRs, GCSS, fuel keys, and DTS travel, ensuring alignment with obligation rates.
\n- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelors Degree in related discipline
- Proficiency in DAI, including B2R (Fed Admin) functions, and the ability to interpret Status of Funds reports.
- Familiarity with MCFAD (Marine Corps Funding Authorization Document).
- Basic understanding of fiscal law and its application to financial operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration with L2 commands and leadership.
- Experience as a Budget Officer with the USMC or equivalent financial management experience.
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
