- Base salary of $45K, OTE of $100K.
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensure a seamless transition to the account management team.
- Identify and target key decision-makers within potential client organizations.
- Be the point of origin for strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with overall company goals.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of 2 years in B2B outbound sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., OPSIQ) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving sales environment.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
