We are currently hiring for a Senior Assistant Account Manager in the Commercial Insurance Department to join our team in Pensacola, Florida.
Highly preferred: 100% in office position located in Pensacola, FL.
Consideration will be given to candidates that are in the Altamonte Springs, FL area and are willing to work onsite 100% of the time or at minimum hybrid (3 days in/2 days out)

Responsibilities:
- Complete advanced certificates of insurance, including contract reviews
- Complete advanced evidence of property ACORD forms
- Issue auto ID cards
- Check policies at an advanced level for discrepancies
- Obtain change quote(s) from carriers
- Analyze and create loss summaries
- Process agency bill endorsements, coordinate audit disputes
- Create certificates of insurance and evidence of property templates for assigned accounts
- Research and gather underwriting information
- Take on a book of business consisting of small accounts in addition to providing support for the Account Manager(s)
Personal and Organizational:
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Applied Epic experience preferred
- Effectively prioritize tasks
- Stay informed of industry trends, new product information, legislation, coverages, and technology to continuously enhance knowledge and performance
- Demonstrate superior communication skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail in performing thorough and accurate work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Requirements:
- High school graduate
- 3 years of insurance industry experience or experience in a similar role
- Active Florida Property and Casualty license, 2-20
- Knowledge of insurance products and their application to business
