Job Description Summary
The Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic and hands-on role that provides full-cycle Human Resources support. This role partners closely with the Regional VP (RVP) and General Managers (GMs) within the region to align business goals with HR strategies and initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and value. As an advocate for our people, the HRBP will facilitate hiring processes and support initiatives and programs aimed at empowering and developing the careers of our team members, to ensure they are equipped to deliver best-in-industry service to our customers. This role is crucial in helping our people navigate change and supporting their growth by meeting them where they are and guiding them forward as the company grows. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the broader Sila business landscape as well as region-specific challenges, to provide expert advice and support to RVPs and GMs. By focusing on finding, engaging, and enabling our people, the HRBP will play a key role in achieving our business objectives while maintaining a People First culture.

Essential Responsibilities
- Partner with the RVPs, GMs and broader organization leaders to understand industry, market, regional and local dynamics to design and execute HR strategies and activities aligned with business priorities
- Facilitate workforce planning process
- Facilitate talent acquisition partnership to onboard talent
- Facilitate succession planning and career development programs tailored to the specific requirements of technical, support, and sales team members in the field
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
- Maintain strong relationships with local teams while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and values.
- Resolve conflicts, manage performance issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate performance management systems to ensure employees meet their goals and objectives.
- Facilitate annual talent management processes
- Partner with RVPs and GMs to identify training needs, and partner with Learning & Development to facilitate program delivery designed to build skills and capabilities of technicians, support staff, and sales team members
- Advocate for training initiatives that support continuous learning, balancing local needs with corporate goals.
- Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and support to employees and management.
- Communicate changes effectively, manage resistance, and ensure smooth transitions, bridging local and corporate levels.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions and influence business partners.
- Track key HR performance indicators (KPIs), employee turnover rates, and other HR metrics to measure effectiveness, reporting both locally and corporately.
- Apply solid judgement to ensure integrity, compliance, and confidentiality standards are met
- Implement and advocate for policies and procedures that mitigate risks and promote a safe and fair work environment, tailored to local and corporate standards.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction across the dispersed workforce.
- Foster a culture of recognition and appreciation, balancing local initiatives with corporate culture
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably supporting a geographically dispersed workforce
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in supporting field-based clients
- Master’s degree or participation in corporate HR leadership development program
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to analyze HR data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with performance management, employee relations, and talent management
- Proven ability to manage change and support organizational initiatives
- Ability to travel as needed to support various locations within the assigned region
- Has or understands the value of an entrepreneurial spirit
Travel: Travel required to the various locations within the assigned region, which are mostly within driving distance. Initial travel requirement will be more significant as the HRBP gets to know the businesses (8 to 10 per region).
