Project Manager

• San Antonio, TX (On-Site.) 

Clearance Requirements: 

• May be required to obtain a Public Trust Clearance or higher. 

Essential Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Ensure compliance with the Implementation Proposal Strategy by overseeing adherence to established methodologies, standards, PMO processes, and tools to maintain project integrity. 
• Provide comprehensive guidance and strategic direction for the overall implementation process. 
• Maintain and monitor the project schedule to ensure the timely delivery of all project deliverables, including managing the client approval process. 
• Coordinate and manage all customer meetings and communications to ensure alignment and satisfaction. 
• Take ownership of identifying, tracking, and resolving issues, risks, and action items throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Provide precise and timely status reports, including updates to the Steering Committee. 
• Strategically plan and coordinate the work efforts of the project team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Lead weekly status calls with external teams to review progress and address any concerns.
• Conduct regular internal meetings with the project team to ensure ongoing communication and coordination. 
• Act as the main point of contact for all project-related matters, ensuring clear and consistent communication. 
• Perform monthly on-site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications: 

Education: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.

Experience: 

• 4-6 years experience in project management. 
• Experience leading projects involving SAP systems, APIs, middleware, and integration platforms. 
• Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP). 
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. 
• Knowledge of SAP products, like SAP HANA, SAP CRM, and SAP Cloud Platform. 
• Knowledge of SAP integration suite. 
• Experience in a supervisory role managing subordinates.

Certifications: 

• PMP is desired but not required
