Massage Therapist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the wellness administrator to schedule patient appointments and to notify the coordinator 24 hours in advance of any cancellations on their part.
- Respond to scheduling wellness requests in an efficient and timely manner, by end of business the same day of the request.
- Provide 30, 60, or 90 minute massages to patients.
- Provide a positive patient experience by creating a safe, calming space for massage therapy.
Requirements:
- Completion of massage therapy program
- Massage Therapist Licensure in State of CT
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Requires lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring patients.
- Frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
