Seeking a reliable and dedicated Receptionist to join our team. As a point of contact for calls and visitors, you'll embody exceptional customer service and uphold our standards. Take pride in maintaining our business as your own, aligning with our mission, goals, objectives, and policies. In this role, you'll handle administrative tasks, serve as a liaison between residents and staff, and ensure positive interactions with our community. Upholding privacy and confidentiality, you'll handle phone calls, address concerns, and contribute to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
This is a part-time position - every other weekend:(Friday 3:30-7:30 pm; Saturday and Sunday 9 am-5 pm)
What you will need:
- High school diploma or GED required, some College preferred.
- 2 years of experience in Office Operations, Office Equipment, Customer Services and Team Leadership skills required
- Must manage multiple priorities and interruptions in a highly visible role.
- Knowledge of Yardi is preferred.
