What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Business Analyst position at SilverSearch, Inc.?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to take ownership of requirements documentation for Data centric projects, including a forthcoming ERP implementation.
This role involves eliciting and defining business needs, creating process flows, and writing detailed user stories with acceptance criteria to support development planning sessions. You will act as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders during prioritization and discovery, oversee QA and UAT efforts, and facilitate change management activities.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in data and data quality projects, experience supporting BI and analytics teams, and expertise in handling integration-heavy projects with APIs and middleware. Familiarity with ETL workflows, SQL, and user experience/interface design is highly desirable.
Strong experience required with the following:
- Creating RFPs
- Developing BRDs
- Conducting Process Mapping
- Collaboration on project kickoffs
- Facilitating Change Management
Role will by onsite to begin and can flex into hybrid onsite after training.
